By the time a child turns 14, their IEP is focused on transition services. This course will guide you in writing measurable goals related to post-secondary education, employment, and independent living. You will be able to write a transition plan from start to finish. The transition plan is created with the child's participation to identify their skills, services, and supports necessary for life after high school.
